Project Overview

Operated by the Local Foods Incubator, the Mohawk Valley Garlic and Herb Festival is an annual event celebrating local agriculture, food, and community in the Mohawk Valley region of New York. The festival features a wide variety of vendors, including local farmers, artisans, and food producers, showcasing their products and offerings. It serves as a platform for promoting local agriculture and fostering community engagement.

Involvement

The Mohawk Valley Garlic and Herb Festival is a project that I have been involved with since 2012. My role has included providing technical support, day-of event assistance, and (my personal favorite) cosplaying as “The Garlic King” to help promote the event and engage with attendees.
